Clearwater Beach Carnival Cruises
Busch Gardens - $110 per person*
This outing to Busch Gardens is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Busch Gardens and IABC Tampa Bay have extended this special pricing to IABC Southern Conference attendees. It includes:
  • Group transportation to and from Busch Gardens (2 p.m. departure from Renaissance Tampa Hotel with buses making continuous loop trips between the hotel and Busch Gardens beginning at 7 p.m., with the final departure from Busch Gardens at 9 p.m.
  • One-day ticket to Busch Gardens amusement park (while the park closes to the public at 5 p.m. to prepare for Howl-O-Scream, you will have special access to The Desert Grill for Fright Feast, a semi-private dining event and show, at 5 p.m.)
  • Night ticket to Howl-O-Scream, a nightmare of inescapable fear that will overwhelm the senses with a new spin of horror as devious creatures infest six haunted houses and five scare zones; plus three thrilling shows with plenty of surprises and bone-chilling roller coasters to keep the screams coming all night long.
This Busch Gardens experience has something for everyone: roller-coaster enthusiasts, haunted house thrill-seekers, animal lovers, adventure lovers and children of all ages.
Clearwater Beach - $25 per person *
See Florida like a native. Once you're dropped off near the round-about at Clearwater Beach, the possibilities are endless! So many fun and exciting things are nearby to discover, or you can simply relax and bask in the Florida sun. Visit one of the nearby hotels for a chair rental! Below is a limited listing of things to do, with some requiring advance reservations. Please visit the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Visitors Bureau for more information.
Group transportation will be provided to and from the Clearwater Beach round-about area. Once on board, each attendee will receive a goody bag from the Convention & Visitors Bureau and local area. (2 p.m. departure from Renaissance Tampa Hotel; buses will make two pick-ups  from Clearwater Beach - one at 7 p.m. for an 8 p.m. arrival back at Renaissance Tampa Hotel, and one last pick-up at 9 p.m. for a 10 p.m. arrival at hotel.**)
